Available weight should be shifted fore or aft to attain this balance. Where electric start is installed, the battery is the perfect weight!!

Following this procedure will insure a responsive, smooth flying aircraft that performs per the published specs. Improved elevator response at slow speeds, i.e. the flare for landing, will result, with a noticeable tendency to float slightly on touch down.
